Abstract
Controlling rice supplies is an important aspect in maintaining the stability of food availability, especially at the distributor level. Problems in rice supply management are often influenced by various interrelated factors, so a systematic decisionmaking method is needed. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the control of rice supplies at distributors in Tangerang City and determine the best distributor alternatives based on the priority level. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), with the main criteria including Cost, Flexibility, and Responsiveness, as well as several sub-criteria that support each criterion. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who are competent in the field of rice distribution. The results showed that the Responsiveness criterion had the highest priority weight of 0.57, followed by Cost of 0.24 and Flexibility of 0.19. At the sub-criteria level, market demand factors, purchase prices, and warehouse capacity are the dominant factors in controlling rice inventory. Based on the calculation of the overall weight of AHP, Distributor B is the best alternative with a weight value of 0.28. This shows that Distributor B has the most superior performance in meeting all the set criteria. Keywords: Analitycal Hierarchy Process, Rice Preparation Pengendalian persediaan beras merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga stabilitas ketersediaan pangan, khususnya pada tingkat distributor. Permasalahan dalam pengelolaan persediaan beras sering dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang saling berkaitan sehingga diperlukan metode pengambilan keputusan yang sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengendalian persediaan beras pada distributor di Kota Tangerang serta menentukan alternatif distributor terbaik berdasarkan tingkat prioritas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dengan kriteria utama meliputi Cost, Flexibility, dan Responsiveness, serta beberapa sub kriteria yang mendukung masing-masing kriteria. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang berkompeten di bidang distribusi beras. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria Responsiveness memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi sebesar 0,57, diikuti oleh Cost sebesar 0,24 dan Flexibility sebesar 0,19. Pada tingkat sub kriteria, faktor permintaan pasar, harga beli, dan kapasitas gudang menjadi faktor dominan dalam pengendalian persediaan beras. Berdasarkan perhitungan bobot keseluruhan AHP, Distributor B menjadi alternatif terbaik dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,28. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Distributor B memiliki kinerja paling unggul dalam memenuhi seluruh kriteria yang ditetapkan. Kata Kunci: Analitycal Hierarchy Process, Persediaan Beras
