Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of value added capital employed, value added human capital, and value added structural capital on the financial performance of the Islamic commercial banking industry in Indonesia for the period 2015-2024. This study examines the Islamic commercial banking industry registered with the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia for a 10-year period from 2015-2024. Financial performance is measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The results of the study revealed that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Value Added Capital Employed, Value Added Human Capital, and Value Added Structural Capital on the Financial Performance of the Islamic Commercial Banking Industry in Indonesia for the period 2015-2024. Partially, there is a significant influence between Value Added Capital Employed, Value Added Human Capital, and Value Added Structural Capital on the financial performance of the Islamic commercial banking industry. Keywords : Value Added Human Capital, Value Added Structural Capital, Value Added Capital Employed, Financial Performance, Return on Asset Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh value added capital employed, value added human capital, value added structural capital terhadap kinerja keuangan industri bank umum syariah di Indonesia periode 2015-2024. Di dalam penelitian ini menguji industri bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia dengan jangka waktu penelitian 10 tahun periode tahun 2015-2024. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan Return on Asset (ROA). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Value Added Capital Employed, Value Added Human Capital, Value Added Structural Capital Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Industri Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia Periode 2015-2024. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Value Added Capital Employed, Value Added Human Capital, Value Added Structural Capital terhadap kinerja keuangan industri bank umum syariah.
