Abstract
This study examines the influence of Digital Transformation (DT), Green Cultural Behaviour (GCB), and Top Management Support (TMS) on the implementation of Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI), with Green Commitment (GC) as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at three State Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN) located in Sumatra, namely UIN Raden Intan Lampung, UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, and UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. An explanatory quantitative approach was used with Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The research population included 1,356 lecturers and educational staff, with sample of 365 respondents. Data collection conducted through an online questionnaire using Likert scale. The results showed that Digital Transformation did not have a significant direct effect on Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI). Also, Green Cultural Behaviour (GCB) has a positive and significant influences on Green Commitment (GC) and SGCI. Meanwhile, Top Management Support (TMS) has a direct influence on Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI), but does not moderate the relationship between Green Commitment (GC) and Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI). Further findings indicate that Green Commitment (GC) acts as a significant mediating variable in strengthening the relationship between Digital Transformation (DT) and Green Cultural Behaviour (GCB) towards Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI). This research innovation lies in combining three aspects, namely Digital Transformation, Green Cultural Behaviour, and Green Commitment into a conceptual model for evaluating Successful Green Campus Implementation in PTKIN. Furthermore, this research also emphasises the role of Top Management Support as a driving factor within the Sustainability Development Theory (SDT), which connects policy, culture, and technology towards the sustainable success of the institution. This study contributes theoretically to the development of a digital-based sustainability management model and, practically, provides strategic recommendations for PTKIN leaders in strengthening green campus management based on Islamic values such as amanah, ihsan, and rahmatan lil 'alamin. Keywords : Digital Transformation, Green Cultural Behaviour, Green Commitment, Top Management Support, Green Campus, PTKIN, SEM-PL Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Digital Transformation (DT), Green Cultural Behaviour (GCB), serta Top Management Support (TMS) terhadap pelaksanaan Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI), dengan Green Commitment (GC) sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tiga Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri (PTKIN) di Sumatra, yaitu UIN Raden Intan Lampung, UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, dan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Populasi penelitian mencakup 1.356 orang dosen dan staf pendidikan, dengan sampel berjumlah 365 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring (online) berbasis skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Digital Transformation (DT) tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI). Sementara itu, Green Cultural Behaviour (GCB) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Commitment (GC) serta Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI). Sedangkan Top Management Support (TMS) memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI), tetapi tidak berperan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan antara Green Commitment (GC) dan Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI). Temuan selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa Green Commitment (GC) berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara Digital Transformation (DT) dan Green Cultural Behaviour (GCB) terhadap Successful Green Campus Implementation (SGCI.) Inovasi penelitian ini terdapat pada penggabungan tiga aspek yaitu Digital Transformation, Green Cultural Behaviour, dan Green Commitment dalam satu model untuk mengevaluasi Successful Green Campus Implementation di lingkungan PTKIN. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menekankan peran Top Management Support sebagai faktor pendorong struktural dalam kerangka Sustainability Development Theory yang menghubungkan kebijakan, budaya, dan teknologi menuju kesuksesan berkelanjutan institusi. Penelitian ini mendatangkan kontribusi secara teoretis dalam mengembangkan model manajemen keberlanjutan berbasis digital, serta secara praktis memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi para pemimpin PTKIN dalam memperkuat pengelolaan Green Campus yang didasari nilai-nilai Islam seperti amanah, ihsan, dan rahmatan lil ‘alamin.
