Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate, transformational leadership, and self-efficacy on work engagement among employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta. The backaground of the study is based on the rapid growth in consumer demand, along with the expansion of online stores and e-commerce businesses, which increasingly emphasizes the high public interest in reliable and efficient delivery services (Saing & Arisandy, 2023). In addition, the phenomenon of high levels of employee absenteeism and tardiness causes work engagement to be suboptimal. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (Head Office) with a saturated sampling technique, relusting in 79 repondents. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that organizational climate had a positive and significant effect, transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect, and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan self-efficacy terhadap work engagement pada karyawan PT. Nusantara Card Semesta. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada pertumbuhan permintaan konsumen yang pesat, bersamaan dengan ekspansi toko online dan bisnis e-commerce semakin menegaskan tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap layanan pengiriman yang handal dan efisien (Saing & Arisandy, 2023). Selain itu, fenomena tingginya tingkat absensi dan keterlambatan karyawan yang menyebabkan keterlibatan kerja belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (Head Office) dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga diperoleh 79 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement.
