Abstract

This research aims to determine the description of emotional regulation in working mothers in Jabodetabek. The sample consisted of 146 respondents from working mothers in Jabodetabek. Data collection used the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire scale which refers to Gross and John's (2003) cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression strategies. The data in this research were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis in this study show a picture of emotional regulation in working mothers in Jabodetabek. Keywords: Emotion Regulation, Working Mother Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran regulasi emosi pada ibu bekerja di Jabodetabek. Sampel berjumlah 146 responden pada ibu bekerja di Jabodetabek. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Emotion Regulation Questionnaire yang mengacu pada strategi cognitive reappraisal dan expressive suppression Gross dan John (2003). Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan adanya gambaran regulasi emosi pada ibu bekerja di Jabodetabek. Kata Kunci: Regulasi Emosi, Ibu Bekerja
