Abstract
This study examines the impact of talent management implementation on the sustainability and growth of BecexTech Australia (BXT AU). In the dynamic e-retail industry, companies must adopt HR strategies that are both efficient and sustainable. Observations and interviews with 5 employees revealed the absence of a structured system in recruitment, training and development, compensation, and career planning, leading to low motivation, stagnant performance, and high turnover. Using a qualitative case study approach with NVivo-assisted analysis, the findings show that weak talent management harms productivity and employee retention. The study recommends a comprehensive strategy encompassing digitalized recruitment, targeted training, transparent rewards, and clear career paths to strengthen human capital and ensure business continuity. Keywords: Recruitment, Training and Development, Talent Management, Human Resource, Corporate Sustainability Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak implementasi talent management terhadap keberlanjutan operasional dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang BecexTech Australia (BXT AU). Dalam industri e-retail yang dinamis, perusahaan dituntut memiliki strategi sumber daya manusia yang efisien dan berkelanjutan. Hasil observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan 5 karyawan menunjukkan ketiadaan sistem manajemen talenta terstruktur, khususnya pada rekrutmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan, kompensasi, serta perencanaan karier. Kondisi ini memicu rendahnya motivasi, stagnasi kinerja, dan tingginya turnover. Dengan kualitatif studi kasus dan analisis NVivo, penelitian menemukan lemahnya talent management berdampak negatif pada produktivitas dan retensi karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu menerapkan strategi komprehensif, meliputi digitalisasi rekrutmen, program pelatihan relevan, sistem reward yang adil, serta jalur karier yang jelas untuk mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan keberlanjutan bisnis.
