Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and reward system on employees’ intention to stay as mediated by employee commitment, in the Network Engineer division at PT PSI. A quantitative approach was employed using saturated sampling methods through questionnaires distributed to 72 permanent employees in the technical division with more than one year of tenure. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEMPLS) method by the help of Smart PLS 3 software for Windows. The results show that work-life balance and reward system have positive and significant effects on both employee commitment and intention to stay. Moreover, employee commitment mediates positively and significantly the influences of work-life balance and reward system to intention to stay. These findings imply that the company should pay attention to good work-life balance and fair reward system to improve employee commitment and intention to stay, especially for network engineers. Keywords: work-life balance, reward system, intention to stay, employee commitment, SEM-PLS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work life balance dan reward system terhadap intention to stay karyawan yang dimediasi oleh employee commitment, pada divisi Network Engineer di PT PSI. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel jenuh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 72 karyawan tetap di divisi teknis dengan masa kerja lebih dari satu tahun. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3 untuk Windows. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Work life balance dan reward system memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap employee commitment dan intention to stay. Selain itu, employee commitment memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan Work life balance terhadap intention to stay. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa perusahaan harus memperhatikan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja yang baik dan sistem penghargaan yang adil untuk meningkatkan komitmen dan niat karyawan untuk bertahan, terutama untuk teknisi jaringan.
