Abstract
Project scheduling is one of the planning elements that can provide information related to the scheduling of plans and work progress. Mismatches between the initial planned schedule and the realization of work in the field very often occur, where these mismatches can lead to delays in implementation time and additional implementation costs so that the completion of the project construction is hampered. In making decisions to accelerate the construction of the project, it is necessary to consider the cost factor, where the additional costs that will increase are expected to be as minimal as possible and still pay attention to the quality standards that will be used. The Time-Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method is one of the analysis methods that aims to speed up the time and cost of a project. The novelty of this study is by using the Time Cost Trade Off method which is a method used to streamline performance in terms of time and cost during construction implementation, almost 75% of construction projects that apply Time Cost Trade Off get efficient time and costs. The benefits and objectives of this research are to analyze the effect of implementation time on additional costs that will occur if project activities are accelerated, so that the minimum and most efficient time and costs for implementing the project's construction work can be determined. The implementation of time management in a construction project is very important and requires further analysis, because delays in a project's construction schedule can affect the cost of the project itself. Based on the acceleration analysis carried out on the NCICD Phase A Location 1 Stage 1 coastal protection embankment construction project by applying the TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) crashing program method, the method is to add 2 hours of working time (overtime), with a total time required of 643 and the optimum cost obtained is Rp. Rp. 276,386,918,962,-. Keywords: Acceleration, Time Cost Trade Off, Time and cost Penjadwalan proyek merupakan salah satu elemen perencanaan yang dapat memberikan informasi terkait penjadwalan rencana dan progress pekerjaan. Ketidak sesuaian antara penjadwalan awal yang telah direncanakan dengan realisasi pekerjaan dilapangan sangat sering terjadi, yang mana ketidaksesuaian tersebut dapat mengakitapkan keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan dan penambahan biaya pelaksanaan sehingga penyelesaian pembangunan proyek tersebut menjadi terhambat. Dalam pengambilan keputusan percepatan pembangunan proyek tersebut harus memperhatikan faktor biaya, yang mana pertambahan biaya yang akan bertambah tersebut diharapkan seminimum mungkin dan tetap memperhatikan standart mutu yang akan digunakan. Metode Time-Cost Trade Off (TCTO) merupakan salah satu metode analisa yang bertujuan untuk mempercepat waktu dan biaya pada suatu proyek. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off yang merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengefisiensi kinerja dari segi waktu dan biaya pada saat pelaksanaan konstruksi, hampir 75% proyek konstruksi yang menerapkan Time Cost Trade Off mendapatkan waktu dan biaya yang efisien. Adapun manfaat dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat menganalisis pengaruh waktu pelaksanaan terhadap penambahan biaya yang akan terjadi jika percepatan aktivitas proyek dilakukan, sehingga dapat diketahui waktu dan biaya yang paling minimum dan efisien untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan pembangunan proyek tersebut. Penerepan manajemen waktu pada suatu proyek konstruksi sangat penting dan perlu anlisa lebih, karena keterlambatan jadwal pembangunan suatu proyek dapat mempengaruhi biaya dari suatu proyek itu sendiri. Berdasarkan analisa percepatan yang dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan tanggul pengaman pantai NCICD Fase A Lokasi 1 Tahap 1 dengan menerapkan metode crashing program TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) adalah dengan melakukan penambahan waktu kerja (lembur) selama 2 jam , dengan total waktu yang dibutuhkan 643 dan biaya optimum yang didapat adalah sebesar Rp.
