Abstract

This study is to analyze the effect of Green Recruitment, Green Training, and Green Compensation and Reward on Employee Green Behavior (Study on Employees in Meruya Selatan Village). The population in this study were employees working in Meruya Selatan Village and the sample used was 137 respondents with. Determination of sample size using saturated sampling technique. This study uses quantitative research type then the analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the green compensation and reward variables have a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior. While the green recruitment variables and green training variables have a positive and insignificant effect on employee green behavior. Keywords: Green Recruitment, Green Training, Green Compensation and Reward, and Employee Green Behavior. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Recruitment, Green Training, dan Green Compensation and Reward terhadap Employee Green Behavior (Studi pada Karyawan di Kelurahan Meruya Selatan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan bekerja di Kelurahan Meruya Selatan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 137 responden dengan. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif kemudian metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel green compensation and reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee green behavior. Sedangkan variabel green recruitment dan variabel green training berpengaruh positif dan tidak siginifkan terhadap employee green behavior. Kata kunci: Green Recruitment, Green Training, Green Compensation and Reward, dan Employee Green Behavior.
