Abstract
This study was to analysis the effect of job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on the organizational citizenship behavior of employees PT. Delident Chemical Industry. The object of this research are all employees who work at PT. Delident Chemical Industry. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organiational citizenship behavior of PT. Delident Chemical Industry. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan PT. Delident Chemical Industry. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Delident Chemical Industry. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada PT.
