Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Worklife Balance, Job Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction at PT KAI. PT KAI is engaged in transportation services in Indonesia. The object of research is active employees at PT KAI, especially UPT Crew Tarahan. This research was conducted on 146 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used in this study used SEM-PLS 4 through a questionnaire. The results showed that: Worklife Balance has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Worklife Balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of worklife balance on employee performance, Job Satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of job stress on employee performance, Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of work environment on employee performance. Keywords: Worklife Balance, Job Stress, Work Environment, Employee Performance, Job Satisfactio Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Worklife Balance, Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja di PT KAI. PT KAI bergerak dalam bidang jasa transportasi di Indonesia. Objek penelitian yaitu karyawan aktif di PT KAI khususnya UPT Crew Tarahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 146 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS 4 melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Worklife Balance berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Worklife Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh worklife balance terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
