Abstract
The development of technology in the construction world is running very fast and has started to be all-digital, one of the technologies used is Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM is an integrative methodology and approach that combines digital technologies to plan, design, build, and manage construction projects. In the construction process of The Development And Upgrading Of State University Of Jakarta Phase II Project, at the time of the planning process, images in 2D format were still used, so it caused a high probability of inter-disciplinary conflicts, so early analysis was needed to identify possible conflicts that would occur when the construction phase began. This study aims to determine the number of conflicts that undergo clash detection and to identify the difference in the volume of structural work resulting from clash detection in relation to architectural work. The method used in this study is a case study, utilizing the Revit© application with design option analysis and the Navisworks© program. The results of this study indicate that there are 354 conflicts on floors 1–5. However, this study only addresses 52 conflicts resulting from clash detection between structural elements (beams) and architectural elements (walls) on floor 1. The reduction in volume for the light brick wall, thickness = 10 cm was 13.10 m², wall plastering 26.10 m², and plastering 25.60 m², with a total of 64.80 m². From the volume change due to clash detection, the total cost difference for all work is Rp 10,928,152.66. Keywords: BuiIding Information Modeling, Revit©, Naviswork©, Clash Detection, Design option. Perkembangan teknologi pada dunia konstruksi berjalan dengan sangat cepat dan sudah mulai serba digital, salah satu teknologi yang digunakan yaitu Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM adalah suatu metodologi dan pendekatan integratif yang menggabungkan teknologi digital untuk merencanakan, merancang, membangun, dan mengelola proyek konstruksi. Pada proses pembangunan Proyek The Development And Upgrading Of State University Of Jakarta Phase II pada saat proses perencanaan masih mempergunakan gambar dengan format 2D, sehingga menyebabkan besar kemungkinan terjadinya konflik antar disiplin, sehingga sangat diperlukan analisa dini untuk mengidentifikasi kemungkinan konflik yang akan terjadi pada fase konstruksi dimulai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa banyak konflik yang mengalami clash detection serta mengetahui selisih volume pekerjaan Struktur akibat Clash Detection terhadap pekerjaan Arsitektur. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, menggunakan aplikasi Revit© dengan analisis design option serta program Naviswork©. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 354 konflik pada lantai 1-5. Namun, penelitian ini hanya membahas 52 konflik hasil clash detection yang terjadi antara elemen struktur (balok) dengan elemen arsitektur (dinding) pada lantai 1. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengurangan volume Light brick wall, thick = 10 cm sebesar 13,10 m2 , Wall Plastering 26,10 m2 , Acian 25,60 m2 dengan total 64,80 m2 . Dari perubahan volume akibat clash detection ini, didapat total selisih biaya pada seluruh pekerjaan sebesar Rp 10.928.152,66.
