Abstract
This study examines the influence of the Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3), Work Facilities, and Green Work Environment on Employee Performance, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach using PLS-SEM was applied to a sample of 150 permanent employees (minimum required sample = 129 based on power analysis). The results indicate that all relationships are statistically significant (p < 0.05). Directly, QMS (β=0.284) has the strongest effect on performance, followed by SMK3 (β=0.264), Green Work Environment (β=0.246), and Work Facilities (β=0.216). Job Satisfaction (β=0.316) also significantly affects performance and partially mediates all relationships. Indirectly, Work Facilities have the greatest mediated effect on performance (β=0.149), followed by SMK3 (β=0.104), Green Work Environment (β=0.104), and QMS (β=0.087). The model explains 57.5% of the variance in Employee Performance (R²=0.575) and 50.4% of the variance in Job Satisfaction (R²=0.504). These findings highlight the importance of strengthening management systems and operational support in a sustainable manner to enhance employee satisfaction and performance. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM), Sistem Manajemen K3 (SMK3), Fasilitas Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Hijau terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode PLS-SEM pada data pada sampel 150 karyawan tetap (minimum sampel 129 berdasarkan perhitungan power). Hasil menunjukkan seluruh hubungan signifikan (p < 0,05). Secara langsung, SMM (β=0,284) berpengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja, diikuti SMK3 (β=0,264), Lingkungan Kerja Hijau (β=0,246), dan Fasilitas Kerja (β=0,216). Kepuasan Kerja (β=0,316) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan memediasi sebagian hubungan antar variabel (mediasi parsial). Secara tidak langsung, pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja berasal dari Fasilitas Kerja (β=0,149), diikuti SMK3 (β=0,104), Lingkungan Kerja Hijau (β=0,104), dan SMM (β=0,087). Model menjelaskan 57,5% variasi Kinerja Karyawan (R²=0,575) dan 50,4% variasi Kepuasan Kerja (R²=0,504). Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan sistem manajemen dan dukungan operasional secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan.
