Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the extend to which job training, work discipline and job satisfaction influence employee performance at PT. Modelline. All 50 permanent employees of the company were selected as research subjects. The research employed a saturared sampling technique, in which the entire population was used as the sample. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, with data collected through an online questionnaire using Google Form. Using data analysis software SmartPLS version 4.0. The findings reveal that Job training, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a psitive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Training, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Modelline. Seluruh karyawan tetap diperusahaan yang berjumlah 50 orang dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui sebar kuesioner dengan online yaitu menggunakan Google Form. Selanjutnya, dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan software analisis data SmartPLS 4.0. Temuan hasil penelitian : Pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
