Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of Career Path and Achievement Motivation in building a sustainable organization mediated by Innovative Work Behavior and moderated by Perceived Organizational Support. The population of this study were all indirect employees of the International Manufaktur Company group in Japan, Australia and Indonesia totaling 4,462 employees, while the sample used was 256 samples from the existing population. Data were collected using research instruments distributed to all employees with three languages using a back-to-back translation system. This study utilized simple mediation and moderation regression analysis techniques, using SEM with Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Career Path, Achievement Motivation and Innovative Work Behavior have a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Organizations. Innovative Work Behavior Mediation has a positive and significant effect on mediating Career Path and Achievement Motivation on Sustainable Organizations. Moderation of Perceived Organizational Support on Innovative Work Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Organizations. The novelty of this research is the use of Innovative Work Behavior as a mediating variable, Perceived Organizational Support as a moderating variable and the conceptual framework used. This research contributes to enriching the theoretical and practical implications in the world of Education and Companies, especially in managing career levels and employee achievement motivation towards sustainable organizations. Keywords: Career path, Achievement motivation, innovative work behavior, perceived organizational support and organizational sustainability Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Jenjang Karir dan Motivasi Berprestasi dalam membangun organisasi berkelanjutan dimediasi Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dan dimoderasi Perceived Organizational Support. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tidak langsung dari grup Perusahaan Manufaktur Internasional di Jepang, Australia dan Indonesia yang berjumlah 4.462 karyawan, sedangkan sample yang digunakan sebanyak 256 sampel dari populasi yang ada. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument penelitian yang disebarkan ke seluruh karyawan dengan menggunakan tiga Bahasa dan sistem terjemahan back-to-back. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan teknik analisis regresi mediasi dan moderasi sederhana, menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan program Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Jenjang Karir, Motivasi Berprestasi dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organisasi Berkelanjutan, Mediasi Perilaku Kerja Inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan memediasi Jenjang Karir dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Organisasi berkelanjutan. Moderasi Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organisasi Berkelanjutan. Novelty penelitian ini adalah penggunaan Perilaku kerja inovatif sebagai variabel mediasi , Perceived Organizational Support sebagai variable moderasi dan kerangka konseptual yang digunakan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi memperkaya implikasi teoritis dan praktis dalam dunia Pendidikan dan Perusahaan khususnya dalam pengelolaan jenjang karir dan motivasi berprestasi karyawan menuju organisasi berkelanjutan.
