Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of green transformational leadership and work motivation on the performance of Public Facility and Infrastructure Handling Officers (PPSU) in West Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative, utilizing both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to a predetermined sample, namely the PPSU officers in South Sukabumi. Meanwhile, the secondary data obtained from the company includes the number of employees and performance assessment data of the PPSU officers in South Sukabumi. The population in this study consists of all PPSU officers in South Sukabumi. The sample used in this study comprises 64 respondents. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and data processing is conducted using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of the study show that green transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on OCB, work motivation has a positive and significant impact on OCB, green transformational leadership has a positive but not significant impact, work motivation has a positive and significant impact on innovative work behavior, innovative work behavior has a positive and significant impact on OCB, then innovative work behavior is not able to mediate the relationship between green transformational leadership and OCB, and innovative work behavior is also not able to mediate the relationship between work motivation and OCB. Keyword: Green Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation,Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Innovative Work Behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green transformational leadership dan motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Petugas Penanganan Prasaranan dan Saranan Umum (PPSU) Kelurahan Jakarta Barat. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada sampel yang telah ditentukan yaitu petugas PPSU Kelurahan Sukabumi Selatan. Sedangkan data sekunder yang peneliti dapat dari perusahaan adalah data jumlah karyawan dan data penilaian kinerja petugas PPSU Kelurahan Sukabumi Selatan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas PPSU Kelurahan Sukabumi Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengelohan data menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa green transformational leadership mempunyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada OCB, motivasi kerja mempunyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada OCB, green transformational leadership mempunya dampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan, motivasi kerja mempuyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada innovative work behavior, innovative work behavior mempunyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada OCB, lalu innovative work behavior tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara green transformational leadership terhadap OCB, dan innovative work behavior juga tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja terhadap OCB.
