Abstract
The construction of high-rise buildings in urban areas such as Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta, requires foundations capable of sustaining significant loads under varying soil conditions. Bored pile foundations are selected due to their high axial and lateral load capacity and minimal vibration during installation. This study aims to evaluate the bearing capacity of bored piles for a building project in Gatot Subroto using the Meyerhof and Reese & Wright methods based on Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data, as well as to analyze elastic and consolidation settlements. The methodology involves processing secondary data from soil investigation results, structural design drawings, and project specifications. The analysis includes calculations of end bearing capacity, skin friction capacity, ultimate bearing capacity, allowable bearing capacity, pile group efficiency, safety factors, and foundation settlement. Calculations were performed using Microsoft Excel, while structural analysis was conducted using ETABS. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of single piles varies depending on the method and borehole location, with Reese & Wright generally yielding higher values than Meyerhof. The group pile capacity meets the design load requirements with safety factors exceeding the minimum limits set. The calculated elastic and consolidation settlements are within the design tolerance (total settlement ≤ b/600 mm), indicating that the foundation is safe and suitable for use. Pembangunan gedung bertingkat di area perkotaan seperti Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan, memerlukan fondasi yang mampu menahan beban besar pada kondisi tanah yang bervariasi. Fondasi bored pile dipilih karena memiliki kapasitas menahan beban aksial dan lateral yang baik, serta minim getaran selama instalasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi daya dukung bored pile pada proyek gedung di Gatot Subroto menggunakan metode Meyerhof dan Reese & Wright berbasis data Standard Penetration Test (SPT), serta menganalisis penurunan elastik dan konsolidasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengolahan data sekunder dari hasil penyelidikan tanah, gambar desain struktur, dan spesifikasi proyek. Analisis meliputi perhitungan daya dukung ujung, daya dukung selimut, daya dukung ultimit, daya dukung izin, efisiensi tiang kelompok, faktor keamanan, serta penurunan fondasi. Perhitungan dibantu oleh Microsoft Excel dan analisis struktur menggunakan ETABS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya dukung ultimit tiang tunggal bervariasi tergantung metode dan lokasi bor, dengan nilai metode Reese & Wright umumnya lebih besar dibanding Meyerhof. Kapasitas daya dukung kelompok memenuhi persyaratan beban rencana dengan faktor keamanan di atas batas minimum. Penurunan elastik dan konsolidasi yang dihitung berada dalam batas toleransi desain (Sijin total ≤ b/600 mm), sehingga fondasi dinilai aman dan layak digunakan.
