Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of work motivation and work environment on sustainable employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, involving 94 permanent employees of the Passengers Service Division at PT USS. The study was conducted because employees in the ground handling sector have a strategic role in supporting the smooth operation of flights and airport services; however, high workload dynamics, strict safety standards, and demanding working conditions can affect their job satisfaction and the sustainability of their performance. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software to test seven hypotheses. The results show that work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on sustainable employee performance, and that job satisfaction significantly mediates the influence of work motivation and work environment on sustainable employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Sustainable Employee Performance Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada 94 karyawan tetap Divisi Passengers Service PT USS. Penelitian dilakukan karena karyawan di sektor ground handling memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional penerbangan dan pelayanan bandara, namun dinamika beban kerja tinggi, standar keselamatan yang ketat, dan kondisi kerja yang menuntut dapat memengaruhi kepuasan kerja serta keberlanjutan kinerja mereka. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terstruktur berbasis skala Likert 5 poin, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menguji tujuh hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan, serta kepuasan kerja memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan Berkelanjutan
