Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Security and Ease of Transactions on Purchase Decisions with Trust as an Intervening Variable in the Tokopedia Application. The subjects in this research are consumers who have made transactions on goods or product ordering services on Tokopedia at least three times. The sample used in this research was 102 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample collection technique in this research is non-probability sampling with the method used, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS 3.0. The results of this research show that e-trust mediates the relationship between the E-Security and Ease of Transaction variables on Purchase Decisions which has a positive and significant effect. Keywords: E-Security, Ease of Transaction, Purchase Decision, E-trust, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Keamanan dan Kemudahan Bertransaksi Terhadap Purchase Decision dengan Kepercayaan sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Aplikasi Tokopedia. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yangpernah melakukan transaksi pada layanan pemesanan barang atau produk di Tokopedia minimal tiga kali. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-trust memediasi hubungan antara variabel E-Security dan Ease Of Transaction terhadap Purchase Decision yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
