Abstract
Nilai perusahaan dapat menggambarkan keadaan perusahaan yaitu dengan baiknya nilai perusahaan maka perusahaan akan dipandang baik oleh para calon investor, demikian juga sebaliknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Woman on Board Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Industri Dasar & Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2019-2023). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri dasar dan kimia yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2019 sampai dengan periode 2023. Purposive Sampling merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel dimana terpilih sebanyak 50 perusahaan selama 5 tahun dengan total sampel berjumlah 250. Adapun Teknik analisis yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa corporate social responsibility dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan woman on board, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikaan institusional, tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Company value can describe the condition of the company, namely if the company value is good, the company will be viewed favorably by potential investors, and vice versa. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Woman on Board, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Capital Structure on Company Value (Empirical Study of Basic Industrial & Chemical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year Period 2019-2023). Before and after the emergence of the Covid 19 virus. The population in this research is basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2019 to 2023. Purposive sampling is the method used in selecting samples where 50 companies were selected during 5 years with a total sample of 250. The analysis technique that will be used in this research is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS version 26 application. The results show that Corporate Social Responsibility and Capital Structure have a positive effect on firm value, while Woman on Board, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership do not have a positive effect on firm value.
