Abstract
Employee performance at the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) has experienced post-pandemic dynamics along with the challenges in bureaucratic governance. Factors that can influence employee performance include transformational leadership and interpersonal communication. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and interpersonal communication on employee performance at ANRI. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The sample consisted of 299 ANRI employees selected using an accidental sampling technique. The measurement instruments used were Indonesian adaptations of the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), the Interpersonal Communication Scale (ICS), and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ). The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership and Interpersonal Communication have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, both partially and jointly. Simultaneously, Transformational Leadership and Interpersonal Communication have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, accounting for 39.7% of the impact, with the remainder influenced by other variables not examined. Kinerja karyawan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia mengalami dinamika pascapandemi seiring dengan tantangan dalam tata kelola birokrasi. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tersebut adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 299 karyawan ANRI yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah hasil adaptasi yaitu Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), Interpersonal Communication Scale (ICS), Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara simultan Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 39.7% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
