Abstract

A construction project is an activity that involves a series of processes to achieve a construction result within a specified time, cost, and quality. Productivity in construction projects to how effectively and efficiently resources (such as labor, materials, and equipment) are utilized to complete construction work within the determined time and budget. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the coefficients in the Regulation of the Minister of PUPR 2022 and the project completion time, as well as to compare the actual costs with those based on the Regulation of the Minister of PUPR 2022. This study uses a qualitative method based on Unit Price Analysis, resulting in the finding that the productivity generated by the field coefficient is faster, at 30.91 m³/hour, compared to the coefficient in the Regulation of the Minister of PUPR 2022, which is 8.835 m³/hour. Additionally, the actual costs incurred are lower than those calculated using the coefficients in the Regulation of the Minister of PUPR 2022 for the work on stone foundation, slab foundation, and concrete work. Keywords : Construction project, Labor Productivity, Actual Costs Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang mencakup serangkaian proses untuk mencapai suatu hasil konstruksi dalam jangka waktu, biaya, dan mutu tertentu. Produktivitas dalam proyek konstruksi merujuk pada seberapa efektif dan efisien sumber daya (seperti tenaga kerja, material, dan peralatan) digunakan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan konstruksi dalam waktu dan biaya yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan koefisien Peraturan Menteri PUPR tahun 2022 dengan waktu penyelesaian di proyek dan juga untuk melakukan perbandingan biaya antara realisasi aktual dan berdasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri PUPR 2022. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan kualitatif yang mengacu pada Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan, sehingga didapatkan hasil bahwa produktivitas yang dihasilkan oleh koefisien di lapangan lebih cepat yaitu 30.91 m3/jam dibandingkan dengan berdasar Peraturan Menteri PUPR tahun 2022 dengan 8.835 m3/jam begitu juga dengan biaya realisasi aktual yang dikeluarkan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan pada koefisien Peraturan Menteri PUPR tahun 2022 untuk pekerjaan Fondasi batu belah, pandai telapak, dan Pekerjaan Beton.
