Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security on the interest of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in using QRIS. The population in this study consists of 15,505 MSME actors in West Jakarta. The sample used consists of 100 MSME respondents in West Jakarta who use QRIS, calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique employed is convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out through a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs’ interest in using QRIS. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs’ interest in using QRIS. Perceived security also has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs’ interest in using QRIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, dan persepsi keamanan terhadap minat UMKM dalam penggunaan QRIS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 15.505 pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Jakarta Barat yang menggunakan QRIS, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat UMKM dalam penggunaan QRIS. Persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat UMKM dalam penggunaan QRIS. Persepsi keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat UMKM dalam penggunaan QRIS.
