Abstract
This study aims to understand the influence of leadership style, work facilities, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance in the One-Stop Integrated Service Unit. One-Stop Integrated Service is a service that is at the forefront of serving the community to make it easier for licensing and nonlicensing servants, to be able to provide the best service that is fun and happy for licensing solutions for Jakarta residents who have 10 service points in the South Jakarta Administrative City area. The One-Stop Integrated Service satisfaction index is one of the ones that is quite good, which is 70%, but it still has shortcomings that can reduce satisfaction and hinder service performance. Feinoimeina peii's service in the Teirpatui Satui Pintui service unit, based on the discovery of the inteirnal eivaluiasi of peigawai in the uinit of the Teirpadui Satui Pintui Service, found a sense of isolation that allows the peimoihoin, maximizing the accuracy of the delivery of puiblik reports. This research uses a quantitative methodology. The data obtained was analyzed using analysis techniques using SEM PLS software and using Microsoft Excel software, PDCA (Plan DO Check Action). The research findings show that leadership style, work facilities, and work environment significantly improve employee performance. After the improvement with this method, it will be better based on the data processing that has been carried out in this study. From the results of this modeling calculation, the improvement in the performance of employees of the South Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service increased by 97.3%, maximizing the delivery of public reports continues to be improved. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, fasilitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Unit Pelayan Terpadu Satu Pintu. Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu merupakan pelayanan yang menjadi garda terdepan dalam melayani masyarakat untuk memepermudah pelayan perizinan dan non perizinan, untuk bisa memberikan pelayanan terbaik yang menyenangkan dan membahagiakan solusi perizinan warga Jakarta yang memiliki 10 service point di wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Indeks kepuasan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu salah satu yang terbilang cukup bagus yaitu 70 % tetapi masih memiliki kekurangan yang dapat mengurangi kepuasan dan menghambat kinerja pelayanan. Feinoimeina peilayanan dalam Unit peilayanan teirpatui satui pintui, beirdasarkan teimuian eivaluiasi inteirnal peigawai pada uinit Peilayanan Teirpadui Satui Pintui, diteimuikan seijuimlah keisuilitan yang meimuingkinkan peimoihoin, meimaksimalkan keiceipatan peinyampaian lapoiran puiblik. memiliki Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis mengunakan software SEM PLS dan mengunakan software Microsoft Excel, PDCA (Plan DO Check Action). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, fasilitas kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Setelah perbaikan dengan metode tersebut jadi lebih baik berdasarkan olah data yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasilnya perhitungan permodelan ini peningkatan kinerja karyawan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Jakarta Selatan meningkat yaitu 97,3 %, meimaksimalkan dalam peinyampaian lapoiran puiblik terus ditingkatkan.
