Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai berkelanjutan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari pentingnya menciptakan kinerja jangka panjang yang stabil melalui peran pemimpin yang inspiratif, komitmen karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Anugrah Tiga Berlian Jakarta Timur pada tahun 2024 dengan melibatkan 98 pegawai sebagai responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai berkelanjutan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti menjadi mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on sustainable employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research is motivated by the importance of achieving long-term sustainable performance through inspiring leadership, employee commitment, and job satisfaction. The study was conducted at PT Anugrah Tiga Berlian East Jakarta in 2024, involving 98 employees as respondents. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on sustainable employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction plays a significant mediating role in strengthening the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and sustainable performance.
