Abstract

Jalan Raya Salembaran is a connecting access between industrial areas, settlements, and other areas in Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency. This study aims to evaluate the existing pavement thickness and analyze alternative pavement thickness planning using the 2024 Road Pavement Design Manual Method based on a 20-year plan life. LHR data collection was carried out with a traffic survey for 7 days, with a duration of 13 hours (07.00-20.00 WIB). The identification of damage is carried out by direct observation of road conditions in the field showing that the level of damage is evenly distributed in the form of scalling, spalling, and delamination which is indicated by the quality of concrete quality, poor drainage, and traffic loads that exceed capacity. Based on data obtained by PUPR Banten Province, the existing road conditions are in the form of rigid pavement with a concrete pavement thickness of 250 mm and a 100 mm bottom foundation layer. By using the 2024 Road Pavement Design Manual Method, the planned pavement thickness is 260 mm in concrete thickness and 150 in the lower foundation layer. Thus, the solution required is an overlay according to the calculations in this study. Keywords: Salembaran Highway, Rigid Pavement, MDP 2024, LHR, Concrete Pavement Thickness Jalan Raya Salembaran merupakan akses penghubung antara kawasan industri, permukiman, dan wilayah lainnya di Kecamatan Kosambi, Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tebal perkerasan eksisting dan menganalisis alternatif perencanaan tebal perkerasan menggunakan Metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2024 berdasarkan umur rencana 20 tahun. Pengambilan data LHR dilakukan dengan survei lalu lintas selama 7 hari, dengan waktu 13 jam (07.00–20.00 WIB). Adapun identifikasi kerusakan dilakukan dengan observasi kondisi jalan langsung dilapangan menunjukan bahwa tingkat kerusakan yang merata baik berupa scalling, spalling, dan delaminasi yang diindikasikan kualitas mutu beton, drainase yang kurang baik, dan beban lalu lintas yang melebihi kapasitas. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh PUPR Provinsi Banten kondisi jalan eksisting adalah berupa perkerasan kaku dengan tebal perkerasan beton 250 mm dan lapis pondasi bawah 100 mm. Dengan menggunakan Metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2024 diperoleh tebal perkerasan rencana adalah 260 mm pada tebal beton dan 150 pada lapis pondasi bawah. Dengan demikian, maka solusi yang diperlukan adalah overlay sesuai dengan perhitungan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Jalan Raya Salembaran, Perkerasan Kaku, MDP 2024, LHR, Tebal Perkerasan Beton
