Abstract

This research aims to design at PT. Triputra Suka Sukses using the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) framework. PT Triputra Suka Sukses is a chemical company that faces obstacles in managing business processes due to manual systems and simple , such as Microsoft Office. This condition hinders the operational efficiency and competitiveness of the company. The research method involved observations, interviews, and literature studies. The result is an blueprint that covers four main domains: business, application, data, and technology . The blueprint aims to improve the speed, efficiency, and quality of managing the company's business processes. Implementation of this design is expected to optimally integrate information technology with the company's business strategy. This study provides recommendations for employee training and change management strategies to ensure a successful transition from manual to integrated systems. Keywords: Enterprise Architecture , TOGAF ADM, Information System, Information Technology Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur enterprise di PT. Triputra Suka Sukses menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method). PT. Triputra Suka Sukses adalah perusahaan kimia yang menghadapi kendala dalam mengelola proses bisnis akibat sistem manual dan perangkat lunak sederhana, seperti Microsoft Office. Kondisi ini menghambat efisiensi operasional dan daya saing perusahaan. Metode penelitian melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasilnya adalah blueprint arsitektur enterprise yang mencakup empat domain utama: arsitektur bisnis, aplikasi, data, dan teknologi. Blueprint ini bertujuan meningkatkan kecepatan, efisiensi, dan kualitas pengelolaan proses bisnis perusahaan. Implementasi rancangan ini diharapkan dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi secara optimal dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pelatihan karyawan dan strategi manajemen perubahan guna memastikan keberhasilan transisi dari sistem manual ke sistem terintegrasi.
