Abstract
The visual identity design of dr.Nikmah’s General Practice was carried out to establish a friendly, clean, and professional image in the eyes of the public, particularly within the residential area of South Jakarta. The previous visual identity lacked consistency and did not reflect the character of the healthcare services provided. Using the Design Thinking approach, this design process began with empathy, needs analysis, idea exploration, and proceeded to the implementation of design across various printed media such as the logo, signage, business cards, posters, letterheads, and the Graphic Standard Manual (GSM). The results of the design testing showed that most respondents gave positive feedback regarding the memorability of the logo, readability of the typography, and the overall visual appearance. This visual identity is expected to strengthen the practice’s visual communication, enhance public trust, and serve as a distinctive element that sets it apart from other healthcare practices. Perancangan identitas visual pada praktek umum dr.Nikmah dilakukan untuk membangun citra yang ramah, bersih, mudah dikenal, dan profesional di mata masyarakat, khususnya di lingkungan permukiman. Identitas visual sebelumnya belum menunjukkan konsistensi dan belum mencerminkan karakter pelayanan kesehatan yang dijalankan. Melalui pendekatan Design Thinking, perancangan ini dimulai dari proses empati, analisis kebutuhan, eksplorasi ide, hingga implementasi desain ke berbagai media cetak seperti logo, signage, kartu nama, poster, kop surat, hingga sistem Graphic Standard Manual (GSM). Hasil dari uji desain menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap daya ingat logo, keterbacaan tipografi, dan tampilan visual secara keseluruhan. Identitas visual ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat komunikasi visual praktek, meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat, serta menjadi pembeda yang khas dari praktek layanan kesehatan lainnya.
