Abstract
Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari religiosity, self- leadership, dan self-efficacy terhadap sustainable collaboration antara mitra di PT. Sultan Fatih Global Group. Jumlah populasi yang dianalisis mencapai 106 mitra kerja yang terhubung dengan PT. Sultan Fatih Global Group. Untuk pengambilan sampel dalam kajian ini, terdapat 45 agen dan 61 sub agen yang diambil menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Metode yang diterapkan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah sensus atau total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei yang memanfaatkan kuesioner sebagai alat ukur. Untuk menganalisis data, digunakan aplikasi smart partial least square 3.0 (smartPLS3. 0). Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel religiositas memberikan dampak positif terhadap kolaborasi berkelanjutan di antara mitra kerja, kepemimpinan pribadi menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap kolaborasi berkelanjutan di antara mitra kerja, dan keyakinan diri juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kolaborasi The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of religiosity, self-leadership, and self-efficacy on sustainable collaboration between partners at PT. Sultan Fatih Global Group. The population analyzed consisted of 106 partners connected to PT. Sultan Fatih Global Group. For sampling in this study, 45 agents and 61 sub-agents were selected using non-probability sampling. The method applied for sampling was census or total sampling. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire as a measuring tool. To analyze the data, the smart partial least square 3.0 (smartPLS3.0) application was used. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that the religiosity variable has a positive impact on sustainable collaboration among business partners, personal leadership shows a positive impact on sustainable collaboration among business partners, and self-confidence also contributes positively to collaboration.
