Abstract

Proper electrical installation planning is essential to support the safe and efficient operation of office buildings. This final project aims to analyze and design the electrical installation system for a four-story office building owned by PT. XXX, including total power calculations, distribution panel simulations, generator capacity determination, and solar tank requirements. The methods used adhere to the PUIL 2020 standards, SNI, and analytical approaches utilizing Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD software for system modeling. The analysis results show that the total connected power in the building is 41,495 Watts with a power factor of 0.85, so the required generator capacity is 60 kVA. To support operations during power outages, the solar tank capacity is determined to be 400 liters, considering a consumption rate of 12.8 liters per hour and the internal daily tank on the silent generator unit. The electrical distribution plan was designed in the form of a single-line diagram, main panel layout, and load grouping on each floor. This approach ensures energy efficiency, visual comfort, and operational safety in accordance with national and international standards. This report is expected to serve as a practical reference for building planners in designing modern and reliable electrical installations. Perencanaan instalasi listrik yang baik sangat penting untuk mendukung operasional gedung perkantoran secara aman dan efisien. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem instalasi listrik pada bangunan kantor 4 lantai milik PT. XXX, mencakup perhitungan daya total, simulasi panel distribusi, penentuan kapasitas genset, serta kebutuhan tangki solar. Metode yang digunakan mengacu pada standar PUIL 2020, SNI, serta pendekatan analisis menggunakan software Microsoft Excel dan AutoCAD untuk pemodelan sistem. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa total daya tersambung pada gedung adalah sebesar 41.495 Watt dengan faktor daya 0,85, sehingga kapasitas genset yang dibutuhkan adalah 60 kVA. Untuk mendukung operasional selama pemadaman, ditentukan kapasitas tangki solar sebesar 400 liter, dengan mempertimbangkan konsumsi 12,8 liter/jam dan tangki harian internal pada unit genset silent. Rencana distribusi listrik dirancang dalam bentuk single line diagram, layout panel utama, dan pengelompokan beban pada tiap lantai. Dengan pendekatan ini, rancangan instalasi listrik dapat menjamin efisiensi energi, kenyamanan visual, dan keselamatan operasional sesuai dengan standar nasional dan internasional. Laporan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan praktis bagi perancang bangunan dalam menyusun sistem instalasi listrik modern dan andal.
