Abstract
Komunikasi organisasi melalui adopsi teknologi pada fitur-fitur Intra di lingkungan Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) merupakan hal sangat penting dalam mendukung Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adopsi teknologi yang dilakukan oleh pegawai di BRIN dalam menyampaikan informasi terkait inovasi Intra di BRIN, mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pegawai dalam memahami Intra setelah inovasi disampaikan, dan mengetahui hambatan komunikasi yang pada pegawai ketika menggunakan Intra periode 2022-2023. Teori yang digunakan pada tesis ini adalah teori adopsi teknologi dan komunikasi organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post positivisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui pengumpulan data wawancara terhadap 13 informan pegawai dan satu orang pimpinan unit eselon II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tahap-tahap adopsi teknologi pada Intra BRIN dilakukan melalui berbagai tahap yaitu tahap pengetahun, persuasi, keputusan, implementasi, dan konfirmasi; (2) Hambatan yang ditemui oleh pegawai dalam penggunaan fitur-fitur Intra yang berhubungan dengan komunikasi organisasi. Kesimpulan dari penulisan tesis ini adalah adopsi inovasi Intra yang dilakukan BRIN dilakukan melalui berbagai tahap adopsi inovasi dan penyampaian informasi oleh pihak yang bertanggung jawab dalam sosialisasi penggunaan fitur Intra dilakukan secara daring. Saran yang disampaikan melalui tesis ini adalah Pusdatin perlu mengevaluasi upaya organisasi dapat menerapkan adopsi teknologi pada penggunaan aplikasi Intra dan mengevaluasi masalah apa saja yang muncul serta menanggapi masalah yang ada dengan cepat dan efisien. Organizational communication through the adoption of technology in Intra features within the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) is crucial in supporting the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). This study aims to determine the technology adoption by BRIN employees in conveying information related to Intra innovations at BRIN, to determine the level of employee acceptance of Intra after the innovation is delivered, and to identify communication barriers encountered by employees when using Intra during the 2022-2023 period. The theories used in this thesis are technology adoption and organizational communication. This study employs a post-positivism paradigm. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research through data collection through interviews with 13 employee informants and one echelon II unit leader. The results show that: (1) The stages of technology adoption in BRIN's Intra are carried out through various stages: knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation; (2) The barriers encountered by employees in using Intra features related to organizational communication. The conclusion of this thesis is that BRIN's adoption of the Intra innovation was carried out through various stages of innovation adoption and information dissemination by those responsible for socializing the use of the Intra feature online. The recommendation conveyed through this thesis is that Pusdatin needs to evaluate the organization's efforts to implement technology adoption in the use of the Intra application and evaluate any emerging issues and respond to existing problems quickly and efficiently.
