Abstract
Dimsum a Chinese specialty, has become a popular culinary in Indonesia and opens up great opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to grow. One of the culinary MSMEs that has great potential is Nataku Dimsum. However, intense competition in the culinary industry requires Nataku Dimsum to have a strong visual identity in order to survive and continue to grow. Therefore, redesigning Nataku Dimsum's visual identity is an important step to create a stronger look and be easily remembered by target consumers. This design process uses the Design Thinking method, which includes the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, and implements the visual identity across various relevant media to strengthen brand image, help Nataku Dimsum be more widely recognized, and increase competitiveness in the culinary market. Key Words: MSME, Nataku Dimsum, Logo Designing Dimsum makanan khas Tiongkok, telah menjadi kuliner populer di Indonesia dan membuka peluang besar bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk berkembang. Salah satu UMKM kuliner yang memiliki potensi besar adalah Nataku Dimsum. Namun, persaingan yang ketat dalam industri kuliner mengharuskan Nataku Dimsum memiliki identitas visual yang kuat agar dapat bertahan dan terus berkembang. Oleh karena itu, perancangan ulang identitas visual Nataku Dimsum menjadi langkah penting untuk menciptakan tampilan yang lebih kuat dan mudah diingat oleh target konsumen. Proses perancangan ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking, yang meliputi tahapan Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test, serta menerapkan identitas visual di berbagai media yang relevan untuk memperkuat citra brand, membantu Nataku Dimsum lebih dikenal luas, dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar kuliner.
