Abstract
PT. Indo Greenlife Harvest is a leading manufacturing company engaged in the field of macrons, focusing on the production and distribution of health products, nutritional supplements, cosmetics, and skincare. Along with the growth of the business and the increasing number of employees, the management of human resources (HR) in this company has become increasingly complex. Initially, personnel data management was still done manually using Microsoft Excel. Over time, companies began to implement different information systems for each HR function. However, these systems are not integrated with each other, causing problems such as data redundancy, information inconsistencies, process delays, and overall operational inefficiencies. To overcome these problems, this study aims to design Enterprise Architecture (EA) in the HRD function using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) approach, especially the Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. This method consists of several phases, namely Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, Migration Planning, Implementation Governance, and Architecture Change Management. With the design of this EA, it is hoped that a blueprint can be produced for an information technology architecture that is structured, integrated, and efficient in supporting HR operations. This blueprint is also expected to increase employee engagement, strengthen the company's internal capabilities, and become a foundation for sustainable strategic decision-making Kata kunci: Enterprise Architecture, Architecture Development Method, TOGAF, SDMk KATA PT. Indo Greenlife Harvest merupakan perusahaan manufaktur terkemuka yang bergerak di bidang maklon, dengan fokus pada produksi dan distribusi produk kesehatan, suplemen nutrisi, kosmetik, serta skincare. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan bisnis dan meningkatnya jumlah karyawan, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di perusahaan ini menjadi semakin kompleks. Awalnya, pengelolaan data kepegawaian masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Seiring waktu, perusahaan mulai menerapkan sistem informasi yang berbeda untuk setiap fungsi HRD. Namun, sistem-sistem ini tidak saling terintegrasi, sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan seperti redundansi data, inkonsistensi informasi, keterlambatan proses, serta inefisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Enterprise Architecture (EA) pada fungsi HRD dengan menggunakan pendekatan The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), khususnya metode Architecture Development Method (ADM). Metode ini terdiri dari beberapa fase, yaitu Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, Migration Planning, Implementation Governance, hingga Architecture Change Management. Dengan perancangan EA ini, diharapkan dapat dihasilkan cetak biru (blueprint) arsitektur teknologi informasi yang terstruktur, terintegrasi, dan efisien dalam mendukung operasional HRD. Blueprint ini juga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, memperkuat kapabilitas internal perusahaan, serta menjadi landasan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis yang berkelanjutan.
