Abstract
Communication management plays an important role in the success of construction projects, especially in increasing labor productivity and time efficiency. This study aims to analyze the influence of communication management factors on labor productivity in the 2x1000 MW Cilegon PLTU Unit 9&10 Project. This study uses an associative quantitative approach with a data collection method through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents who are the project's workforce. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS 25 program with the stages of validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study indicate that the factors that most influence communication management on PLTU project productivity include (X1.2) Job authority, (X2.3) Job knowledge, (X1.3) Job specialization, (X2.4) Work attitude, (X2.2) Technical skills. Labor productivity and PLTU projects have a positive and significant effect on time efficiency both simultaneously (together) and partially (individually). Simultaneously, these three factors complement each other and contribute to creating a more organized, structured, and efficient project work system. The combination of proper time management, productive workforce, and clear project structure and strategy can encourage the acceleration of activity implementation without neglecting the quality and accuracy of the work. This synergy plays an important role in ensuring that each stage of the project can be carried out relevant to the predetermined schedule, while minimizing the potential for delays that often occur in large-scale construction projects. Then, it was found that the contribution of the influence of time management, workforce productivity and the PLTU project to time efficiency was 82.1%. Factors that influence communication management to work productivity include (X1.2) Job authority, (X2.3) Job knowledge, (X1.3) Job specialization, (X2.4) Work attitude, (X2.2) Technical skills. Communication Management, Workforce Productivity, and the PLTU Project have a positive and significant effect on time efficiency, where the calculated t value is greater than the t table. cThe contribution of the influence of Communication management, workforce productivity and the PLTU project to time efficiency is 82.1%. Manajemen komunikasi memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan proyek konstruksi, khususnya dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja dan efisiensi waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktorfaktor manajemen komunikasi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja pada Proyek PLTU Unit 9&10 2x1000 MW Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden yang merupakan tenaga kerja proyek tersebut. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25 dengan tahapan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor paling mempenmgaruhi manajemen komunikasi terhadap produktivitas proyek PLTU antara lain (X1.2) Wewenang jabatan,(X2.3) Pengetahuan kerja, (X1.3) Spesialisasi jabatan, (X2.4) Sikap kerja, (X2.2) Keterampilan teknis. produktivitas tenaga kerja dan proyek PLTU berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi waktu baik secara simultan (bersama-sama) maupun secara parsial (individual). Secara simultan, ketiga faktor tersebut saling melengkapi dan berkontribusi dalam menciptakan sistem kerja proyek yang lebih tertata, terstruktur, dan efisien. Kombinasi dari manajemen waktu yang tepat, tenaga kerja yang produktif, serta kejelasan struktur dan strategi proyek mampu mendorong percepatan pelaksanaan kegiatan tanpa mengabaikan kualitas dan akurasi pekerjaan. Sinergi ini berperan penting memastikan jika pada setiap tahapan proyek bisa dilakukan relevan terhadap jadwal yang sudah ditentukan, sekaligus meminimalisir potensi keterlambatan yang kerap terjadi dalam proyek-proyek konstruksi berskala besar.kemudian, diketahui kontribusi pengaruh manajemen waktu, produktivitas tenaga kerja dan proyek PLTU terhadap efisiensi waktu senilai 82,1%. Faktorfaktor yang berpengaruh dalam manajemen komunikasi terhadap produktivitas kerja antara lain (X1.2) Wewenang jabatan,(X2.3) Pengetahuan kerja, (X1.3) Spesialisasi jabatan, (X2.4) Sikap kerja, (X2.2) Keterampilan teknis Manajemen Komunikasi , Produktivitas Tenaga kerja, dan Proyek PLTU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi waktu ,dimana nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel. cKontribusi pengaruh manajemen Komunikasi, produktivitas tenaga kerja dan proyek PLTU terhadap efisiensi waktu senilai 82,1% Kata Kunci: Manajemen Komunikasi, Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja, Efisiensi Waktu, Proyek PLTU, SPSS.
