Abstract
In the digital era, utilizing social media is key to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. This study discusses the design of digital promotional media based on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for the MSME Let Us Talk, a culinary business selling Malang-style cwie mie (noodles) and operating online in Bintaro, South Tangerang. The main challenge is the suboptimal use of social media to reach the market and build brand strength. The design was carried out through visual striategies, tailoring messages to the target audience, and developing a structured content schedule. The design results are expected to increase brand visibility, strengthen business identity, expand the market, and build more effective interactions with consumers. Keywords: MSMEs, social media, digital promotion, Let Us Talk Di era digital, pemanfaatan media sosial menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Penelitian ini membahas perancangan media promosi digital berbasis Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube Shorts untuk UMKM Let Us Talk, sebuah usaha kuliner yang menjual cwie mie khas Malang dan beroperasi secara online di Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan, dengan permasalahan utama adalah belum optimalnya penggunaan media sosial dalam menjangkau pasar dan membangun kekuatan brand. Perancangan dilakukan melalui strategi visual, penyesuaian pesan dengan audiens target, serta penyusunan jadwal konten yang terstruktur. Hasil desain diharapkan mampu meningkatkan visibilitas merek, memperkuat identitas bisnis, memperluas pasar, dan membangun interaksi yang lebih efektif dengan konsumen.
