Abstract
Jepara is one of the areas included on the coast of Central Java, an area that has great marine natural tourism potential, especially in the sector of stunning coastline beauty and a wealth of distinctive human resources. However, in the utilization of the potential of the tourism sector, it is not fully optimal, especially in the provision of lodging accommodation facilities that are able to give the impression of a quality and characterful stay experience. The design of this beachfront resort in Jepara has the goal of creating a destination that not only accommodates the needs of tourists, but also provides memories of jepara's local identity. The choice of location in jepara which is in Bondo village because it has an attractive coastline and strategic potential to become a tourist attraction and know the local culture of the local area. Based on the strategic potential of Bondo beach, it is necessary to have lodging facilities for local and non-local tourists. Designing resorts that prioritize sustainability values and innovation combining traditional and modern as part of hybrid architecture, as well as integrating the values of local wisdom with the needs of space and current technological developments. The method in this design can include literature study, site analysis and design approaches. The results of the design are expected to answer the needs of visitors by providing safe, legal and of course effective functional lodging facilities. With the availability of this lodging resort, it is hoped that it can have an influence on improving the regional economy, improving the image of regional tourism and encouraging the development of MSMEs. Ultimately, this design aims to create a sustainable tourist space, become a place to promote local culture and have a strong identity as part of the Jepara coast. Keywords: Resort, Hybrid Architecture, Jepara Jepara merupakan salah satu daerah yang termasuk di pesisir Jawa Tengah, daerah yang memiliki potensi wisata alam bahari yang besar, terutama pada sektor keindahan garis pantai yang memukau dan kekayaan sumber daya manusia yang khas. Namun dalam pemanfaatan potensi sektor pariwisata tersebut belum sepenuhnya optimal, khususnya dalam penyediaan fasilitas akomodasi penginapan yang mampu memberikan kesan pengalaman menginap yang berkualitas dan berkarakter. Perancangan resort tepi pantai di jepara ini memiliki tujuan untuk menciptakan destinasi yang tidak hanya mewadahi kebutuhan wisatawan, namun juga memberikan kenangan identitas lokal Jepara. Pemilihan lokasi di jepara yang berada di desa Bondo karena memiliki garis pantai yang menarik serta potensi yang strategis untuk menjadi tempat wisata dan mengetahui budaya lokal daerah setempat. Berdasarkan potensi pantai Bondo yang strategis, sehingga perlu adanya fasilitas penginapan untuk para wisatawan lokal dan non lokal. Merancang resort yang mengedepankan nilai keberlanjutan serta inovasi perpaduan antara tradisional dan modern yang merupakan bagian dari arsitektur hybrid, serta mengintegrasikan nilainilai kearifan lokal dengan kebutuhan ruang dan perkembangan teknologi masa kini. Metode dalam perancangan ini, dapat meliputi studi literatur, analisis tapak dan pendekatan desain. Hasil perancangan nantinya diharapkan dapat menjawab kebutuhan pengunjung dengan menyediakan fasilitas penginapan yang aman, legal dan tentunya fungsional yang efektif. Dengan ketersediaan adanya resort penginapan ini, diharapkan dapat memberi pengaruh terhadap peningkatan ekonomi daerah, peningkatan citra pariwisata daerah dan mendorong perkembangan umkm. Pada akhirnya, perancangan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan ruang wisata yang berkelanjutan, menjadi tempat promosi budaya lokal dan memiliki identitas kuat sebagai bagian dari pesisir jepara.
