Abstract

Based on Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2015 concerning the Creative Economy Agency, it is stated that the creative economy sector is one of the economic fields that needs to be encouraged, strengthened, and promoted as an effort to enhance national economic growth. Therefore, there is a need for a place that accommodates creative industry workers to practice, work, and develop, namely a Creative Hub. The Creative Industry is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia. One of the initiatives is the National Creative Economy Development Master Plan 2009-2025, which is a revision of the Indonesian Creative Economy Development Master Plan 2009-2025 document prepared in 2009 (Puskompublik, 2014). According to the Special Survey on the Creative Economy by the Creative Economy Agency in 2017, the creative economy in Indonesia has contributed 7.38% to the total national economy, higher than the global economic growth, which is estimated to reach only 2.4%. The Creative Economy Agency is currently implementing creative economy development, one of which is through training programs for the development of the creative industry in several cities in Indonesia. Creative Hub facilitates individuals, local communities & institutions that have limited access to creative spaces and accommodations. Creative hubs are designed through a metaphorical architectural approach, considered as a physical representation of the value of creativity and togetherness. Interconnected spaces without barriers can be a metaphor for the free flow of ideas. Keywords: Creative Hub, Metaphorical Architecture Berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2015 Tentang Badan Ekonomi Kreatif yang mengatakan bahwa bidang ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu bidang ekonomi yang perlu didorong, diperkuat, dan dipromosikan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya tempat yang menaungi para pekerja industri kreatif agar dapat berlatih, bekerja, dan berkembang yaitu Creative hub. Industri Kreatif saat ini sedang berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah diadakannya Rencana Induk Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif Nasional 2009-2025, yang merupakan revisi dari dokumen Rencana Induk Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif Indonesia 2009-2025 yang telah disusun pada tahun 2009, (Puskompublik, 2014). Berdasarkan Survey Khusus Ekonomi Kreatif oleh Badan Ekonomi Kreatif tahun 2017, ekonomi kreatif yang telah berjalan di Indonesia telah menyumbang 7,38% terhadap total perekonomian nasional, lebih tinggi daripada pertumbuhan ekonomi global yang diperkirakan hanya mencapai 2,4%. Badan Ekonomi Kreatif sedang melaksanakan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, salah satunya yaitu dengan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk pengembangan industri kreatif untuk beberapa kota yang ada di Indonesia. Creative Hub memfasilitasi individu, komunitas lokal & institusi yang memiliki keterbatasan akan akses ruang dan akomodasi kreatif. Creative hub dirancang melalui pendekatan arsitektur metafora, dianggap sebagai representasi fisik dari nilai nilai kreatifitas dan kebersamaan. Ruang yang saling terhubung tanpa sekat dapat menjadi metafora untuk aliran ide yang bebas. Kata Kunci: Creative Hub, Arsitektur Metafora
