Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, activity, profitability, firm size, and sales growth on firm value. The research design employed is causal research. The population consists of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023, totaling 34 companies that meet the specified criteria. The sample was selected using a sampling method, resulting in 15 companies. Data collection was conducted through documentation techniques using secondary data, namely data that has been processed, presented, and published on the IDX website. The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression Analysis with the help of EViews 13 software to determine the significance level between the dependent and independent variables. Based on the analysis results, it was found that liquidity has a positive effect on firm value, activity has a positive effect on firm value, while profitability, firm size, and sales growth have no significant effect on firm value.. Keywords: liquidity, activity, profitability, firm size, sales growth, firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, aktivitas, profitabilitas, firm Size dan Sales Growth terhadap nilai perusahaan. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor perusahaan kesehatan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023 yang berjumlah 34 perusahaan sesuai dengan karakteristik yang ditetapkan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode Sampling dan didapatkan 15 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi data dengan jenis data sekunder, yaitu data yang telah diolah atau disajikan dan telah dipublikasikan di situs BEI. Metode analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan bantuan Software Eviews 13 untuk mengetahui masing- masing tingkat signifikansi antara variabel depedenden dan variabel independen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah ditemukan dapat diketahui bahwa Likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai perusahaan , Aktivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan , firm size tidak berpengaruh Nilai Perusahaan dan Sales Growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan Kata Kunci: likuiditas, aktivitas, profitabilitas, firm size , Sales Growth nilai perusahaan.
