Abstract
In the era of digital transformation, the integration of information systems has become a crucial necessity for companies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. This study aims to design an enterprise architecture based on TOGAF ADM, supported by the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) method, to address system integration issues within the General Support division of PT Anugerah Bangun Makmur. The research methodology includes interviews, online observations, and literature reviews to identify the organization's current conditions and needs. The research results include an architecture design encompassing six main phases of TOGAF ADM: Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture. In this design, SOA is applied to ensure interoperability and modularity of services between systems. The resulting framework not only supports increased operational effectiveness but also serves as a foundation for sustainable digital transformation at PT Anugerah Bangun Makmur. This architecture design is expected to serve as a strategic guide for the company's future information system development and contribute to improving work efficiency and inter-departmental integration. Keywords: Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF ADM, SOA, Information System, Integration Dalam era transformasi digital, integrasi sistem informasi menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur enterprise berbasis TOGAF ADM yang didukung metode Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) guna mengatasi permasalahan integrasi sistem di divisi General Support PT Anugerah Bangun Makmur. Metode penelitian melibatkan wawancara, observasi online, dan studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting serta kebutuhan organisasi. Hasil penelitian mencakup rancangan arsitektur yang terdiri dari 5 tahap utama TOGAF ADM, yaitu Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture. Dalam perancangan ini, SOA diaplikasikan untuk memastikan interoperabilitas dan modularitas layanan antar sistem. Framework yang dihasilkan tidak hanya mendukung peningkatan efektivitas operasional, tetapi juga menjadi dasar transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan di PT Anugerah Bangun Makmur. Rancangan arsitektur ini diharapkan mampu menjadi panduan strategis untuk pengembangan sistem informasi perusahaan di masa depan, serta memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkuat efisiensi kerja dan integrasi antar-divisi.
