Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyse the influence of work ethic, worklife balance, and work flexibility on the performance of employees in the General Affairs Division at PT XYZ, a company engaged in nickel mining and downstream processing. This study employs a quantitative approach with a population of 80 permanent employees, where the entire population was selected as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analysed using Variance-Based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) via the Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) software version 4.1.1.2. The analysis results indicate that work ethic, work-life balance, and work flexibility have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the General Affairs Division of PT XYZ. These findings imply that these three variables are crucial factors that management must consider to optimally improve employee performance and support the achievement of organisational goals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja, work life balance, dan fleksibilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi General Affairs pada PT XYZ, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan dan hilirisasi nikel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 80 karyawan tetap, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis varians (Variance-Based SEM) melalui perangkat lunak Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) versi 4.1.1.2. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja, work life balance, dan Fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Divisi General Affairs PT XYZ. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut merupakan faktor krusial yang harus diperhatikan oleh manajemen perusahaan guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi.
