Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction, Workload, and Work Environment on Turnover Intention among employees at PT. XYZ. This research employs a quantitative approach using both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all permanent employees, while secondary data was obtained from company records related to employee turnover intention. The population of this study consists of all permanent employees at PT. XYZ, with a total of 55 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. For data analysis, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was utilized using SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and the work environment also has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention among employees at PT. XYZ. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Workload, Work Environment, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer serta sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner ke seluruh karyawan tetap, disisi lain data sekunder didapatkan melalui informasi perusahaan mengenai data turnover intention karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. XYZ, dengan jumlah yakni sejumlah 55 sampel yang diambil dengan memanfaatkan teknik sampel jenuh. Untuk analisis data, digunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) memanfaatkan perangkat lunak Smart PLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepuasan kerja mempunyai dampak negatif serta signifikan pada turnover intention, beban kerja mempunyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada turnover intention, serta lingkungan kerja juga berdampak negatif serta signifikan pada turnover intention pada karyawan PT. XYZ. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention.
