Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee productivity. The research was conducted at PT Bintang Interindo Gemilang Internasional, involving 80 permanent employees using a saturated sampling method. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using a quantitative approach with the help of the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical software. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. In addition, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. These findings indicate that increasing work motivation, enforcing consistent work discipline, and creating a supportive work environment can simultaneously improve employee productivity within the company. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT Bintang Interindo Gemilang Internasional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 80 orang karyawan tetap, menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui bantuan perangkat lunak statistik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Disiplin kerja juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja, penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat secara simultan mendorong peningkatan produktivitas karyawan di perusahaan.
