Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of green training and employee behavior on employee assessment in an effort to improve employee welfare at PT Senayan Texindo Makmur. The research employs a quantitative approach, with a population of 200 respondents. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 133 respondents as the research sample. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that green training has a positive and significant effect on employee welfare, while employee behavior has a positive but not significant effect. In addition, green training and employee behavior indirectly contribute to employee welfare. These findings suggest that the implementation of sustainability-based training can help create a better work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and wellbeing at PT Senayan Texindo Makmur. Based on the results, it is recommended that the company strengthen its training programs to align with business needs and developments in environmentally friendly technologies. Furthermore, employee involvement in eco-friendly practices should be increased through policies that support sustainable behavior. Regular evaluations of the effectiveness of training and related policies are necessary to ensure their contribution to employee welfare and the company’s operational efficiency. This research provides valuable insights into the importance of green training and employee behavior in supporting corporate sustainability and improving employee well-being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green training dan employee behavior terhadap employee assessment dalam upaya meningkatkan employee welfare di PT Senayan Texindo Makmur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 200 responden, dan penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 133 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEMPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee welfare, sedangkan employee behavior berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap employee welfare. Selain itu, green training dan employee behavior secara tidak langsung berkontribusi terhadap employee welfare. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan pelatihan berbasis keberlanjutan mampu mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang lebih baik serta meningkatkan kepuasan dan kesejahteraan karyawan di PT Senayan Texindo Makmur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perusahaan disarankan untuk memperkuat program pelatihan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan perkembangan teknologi ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, keterlibatan karyawan dalam praktik ramah lingkungan perlu ditingkatkan melalui kebijakan yang mendukung perilaku berkelanjutan. Evaluasi rutin terhadap efektivitas pelatihan dan kebijakan terkait diperlukan untuk memastikan kontribusinya dalam mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang pentingnya green training dan employee behavior dalam mendukung keberlanjutan perusahaan serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan.
