Abstract
The decline in employee job satisfaction is a problem being faced by PT. XYZ . This phenomenon can be seen from the high employee absenteeism rate and employee satisfaction survey results. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style, career development and workload on employee job satisfaction. The method used is quantitative research with a survey approach. The study population was 44 employees of the office department of PT. XYZ, and the sampling technique used saturated samples. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that transformational leadership style, career development, workload each had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. XYZ employees. These findings are expected to be a reference for companies in increasing job satisfaction through strengthening leadership, better career planning, and proportional workload management. Keywords: transformational leadership, career development, workload, employee job satisfaction. Penurunan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan menjadi permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi PT. XYZ. Fenomena ini terlihat dari tingginya tingkat absensi karyawan dan hasil survei kepuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, pengembangan karir dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah 44 karyawan departemen kantor PT. XYZ, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformational, pengembangan karir, beban kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja melalui penguatan kepemimpinan, perencanaan karir lebih baik, dan manajemen beban kerja yang proporsional.
