Abstract
This study aims to analyse the influence of Work Life Balance, Locus of Control, and Professional Commitment on the performance of employees who run the Work From Home system at PT Indobaruna Bulk Transport. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. The population in this study included all permanent employees of PT Indobaruna Bulk Transport, with a sample size of 50 people taken using saturated sample technique. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method which was processed using smartPLS software. The results obtained in the study showed that work life balance has a positive and significant influence on work from home performance. In addition, both external and internal locus of control, as well as professional commitment, are also proven to have a positive and significant effect on work from home performance. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Locus of Control and commitment Profesional Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance, Locus of Control, dan Komitmen Profesional terhadap kinerja karyawan yang menjalankan sistem Work From Home di PT Indobaruna Bulk Transport. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh karyawan tetap PT Indobaruna Bulk Transport, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) yang diolah menggunakan software smartPLS. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja work from home. Selain itu, baik locus of control eksternal maupun internal, serta komitmen profesional, juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja work from home.
