Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused some manufacturing companies to experience a decline in company value. The decline in company value occurred due to various factors. Factors that are thought to influence company value include profitability, liquidity, solvency and dividend policy. This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and solvency on company value with dividend policy as a mediating variable. The population and sample in this research are manufacturing companies that fall into Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2022 period. The research design used is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data obtained through the IDX website and the websites of each company. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing and multiple regression analysis. Keywords: profitability, liquidity, solvency, dividend policy, company value Pandemi covid-19 telah membuat sebagian perusahaan manufaktur mengalami penurunan nilai perusahaan.Penurunan nilai perusahaan terjadi karena berbagai faktor. Faktor-faktor yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan diantaranya adalah faktor profitabilitas, likuiditas, solvabilitas dan kebijakan dividen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode Tahun 2019-2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui website BEI dan website dari masing-masing perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif statistic, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda.
