Abstract
Employees experience negative impacts on their performance and psychological well-being, characterized by low self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, life purpose, and personal growth. This study aims to examine the influence of Big Five personality traits on the psychological well-being of employees at PT X. This research employs a quantitative method with regression analysis and a non-probability sampling technique, involving 186 respondents. The measurement tools used are the Ten Item Personality Inventory (TIPI) and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPW). The results indicate a significant influence of personality on psychological wellbeing, with R² = 0.468 and Sig = 0.000, meaning that 46.8% of the variance in psychological well-being is explained by personality traits. Specifically, conscientiousness, openness to experience, agreeableness, and emotional stability significantly influence psychological well-being, whereas extraversion does not have a significant impact. These findings suggest that certain personality characteristics can affect employees' psychological well-being. Keywords: Psychological Well-being, Personality, Big Five, Employees, Karyawan mengalami dampak negatif pada kinerja dan kesejahteraan psikologisnya, ditandai dengan rendahnya penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, dan perkembangan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian Big Five terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan di PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi dan teknik non-probabilitas yang melibatkan 186 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Ten Item Personality Inventory (TIPI) dan Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPW). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara kepribadian dan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan nilai R² = 0,468 dan Sig = 0,000, yang berarti 46,8% variansi kesejahteraan psikologis dapat dijelaskan oleh kepribadian. Secara spesifik, dimensi ketekunan, keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman, sifat menyenangkan, dan stabilitas emosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis, sedangkan dimensi ekstraversi (extraversion) tidak berpengaruh signifikan.
