Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of cooperation, communication and organizational culture on the performance of Siloam Hospitals TB Simatupang inpatient nurses. The research objects were all inpatient nurses at Siloam Hospitals TB Simatupang who had permanent status. This research was conducted on 86 inpatient nurses. using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample size was determined using a saturated sample so that all members were filled in as a sample of 86 respondents. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that collaboration has a positive and significant effect on the performance of inpatient nurses. Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of inpatient nurses. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of inpatient nurses. Keywords: Collaboration, Communication, Organizational Culture and Nurse Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama, komunikasi dan kultur organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap Siloam Hospitals TB Simatupang. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh perawat rawat inap Siloam Hospitals TB Simatupang yang berstatus tetap. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 86 perawat rawat inap. dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah stuktural eqution model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kerjasama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap. Kultur Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat rawat inap.
