Abstract
The Center For Quality Assurance Development Of Vocational Education In Mechanical And Industrial Engineering (BBPPMPV BMTI) in its organizational activities has implemented a Green Management System (GMS), but in its implementation its performance has never been measured. This research aims to analyze the GMS strategy in optimizing sustainable performance at BBPPMPV BMTI by measuring independent variables consisting of: ecology, efficiency, social capital and institutions, as well as the dependent variable optimizing sustainable performance. The analytical method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) to predict the influence between constructs and obtain latent variable values, as well as continuous performance measurement using an analytic network process based on the Benefit, Opportunities, Cost and Risk (ANP-BOCR) aspects. The number of respondents was 95 people for analysis using PLS, and 9 sources for analysis using ANP-BOCR. The research results state that ecology, efficiency, social capital, institutions, and GMS have a significant influence on sustainability performance. The variable that has the most influence on sustainable performance is the ecological variable. The results of the ANP-BOCR model analysis state that the cost dimension is the dimension with the highest value. Novelty in this research is the use of GMS in optimizing sustainable performance. Keywords: Green Management System, optimization, sustainable performance, strategy Balai Besar Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Vokasi Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri (BBPPMPV BMTI) dalam kegiatan organisasinya telah menerapkan Green Management System (GMS), tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi GMS dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja berkelanjutan di BBPPMPV BMTI dengan mengukur variabel bebas yang terdiri dari: ekologi, efisiensi, sosial kapital, dan kelembagaan, serta variabel terikat optimalisasi kinerja berkelanjutan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk memprediksi pengaruh antar konstruk dan mendapatkan nilai variabel laten, serta pengukuran kinerja berkelanjutan mempergunakan analytic network process berdasarkan aspek Benefit, Opportunities, Cost, and Risk (ANP-BOCR). Jumlah responden sebanyak 95 orang untuk analisis dengan PLS, dan 9 narasumber untuk analisis dengan ANP-BOCR. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ekologi, efisiensi, sosial kapital, kelembagaan, dan GMS berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan yaitu variabel ekologi. Hasil analisis model ANPBOCR menyatakan bahwa dimensi cost merupakan dimensi yang nilainya tertinggi.
