Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of DER, ROE, and CR on the value of Food and Beverage sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2020-2023 period. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. Data collection in this research uses documentation techniques so that the data is in the form of files and other documents that are relevant to the study such as company financial reports. The theory used in this research is signaling theory, introduced by Spence in 1973. The population of this research is all companies from the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX during the 2020-2023 period, totaling 42 companies. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was determined using purposive sampling based on criteria created by researchers, totaling 13 food and beverage sector companies registered on the IDX during the 2020-2023 period. The data in the research were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Keywords: Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Current Ratio, and Company Value Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh dari DER, ROE, dan CR terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2020-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi sehingga data berupa berkas dan dokumen lain yang relevan dalam penelitian seperti laporan keuangan perusahaan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori sinyal (Signaling theory) diperkenalkan oleh Spence pada 1973. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan dari sektor Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2020-2023 yang berjumlah 42 perusahaan. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang dibuat oleh peneliti yang berjumlah 13 perusahaan sektor Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2020-2023. Data dalam penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa DER dan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, tetapi CR tidak berpengaruh. Sedangkan secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Current Ratio, dan Nilai perusahaan
